I was looking through some rough video footage that I had from 2016. The sound is terrible so it's not really useful as is. But I really liked it and wanted to do something with it.
The following 2 videos - Cultural Criticism (2016) and Brexit Play: The Poetry, economics, social & cultural implications of Brexit (2016) are an initial attempt to use the footage.
When I speeded up the video, the poorer sound quality become less of a problem. However, I realised that this actually did something interesting, both from a poetry point of view and from the perspective of better articulating the movement elements of the piece.
Joe and I will have the opportunity to re-perform these pieces soon or at least a version of them.
